Over the River

Aha! And nightly we gather as a cast for laughs and tears. The audiences are loving the play and so are we. A terrific script I must say and performing it is a priviledge. Makes me appreciate even more - our family - because that is what this play is all about. Tango familia. Besides, I get to eat dinner every night - on set - during the performance. Poor Dad has to scare up something up to eat all by his little self every night. Poor honey. Speaking of family - was so fun to have Jenny and her children visit us recently, had a mini family reunion/Bar B Que with Murdocks and Riries & dear friend Dale, had Corinne and the Baird kids visit and some even came to see the play... And very glad to have Ems and her little brood home again after their travels to Washington State too. Pretty fun times. Life is pretty darn good these days: selling corn mornings, performing at the Hale at night, catching quick naps in the afternoon to keep up, eating fresh corn and Utah home grown tomatoes, etc., etc., etc. What more can one ask, eh?

The kids are wondering when they can come "work" for you again at the corn stand. Grandpa pays pretty well. :-) We loved meeting Scruffy and eating scrumptious food and crying at the play with you and watching styrofoam being blown about with Grandpa. It's so great to think we get to see you many times a year now instead of 2.
