I suddenly realized my drivers license expires in a couple of days. Eeek. Gone are the days when you used to receive a notification in the mail. Or better yet, your license was automatically renewed once you paid the fee. Right. Now you have to take several proofs of identity and verification of a current residence. Hope I don't have to take a test though. I truly am not sure I could pass. I just know how to drive if you get my drift.
Only 14 more performances of "The Foreigner" within the next 10 days. Then what will I do with my evenings???? Actually. I am looking forward to a Las Vegas get-away and a couple of other non essentials on the agenda. It has been a very nice "night job" performing these many weeks. Can't believe we will have done a total of 44 performances by the end of the run. It is rather amazing how it has remained fun to do! Nice little "tight" cast. Good times.
I cannot help but add that I have been counting my blessings lately. Grateful for four terrific kids and 17 delightful grandchildren. I am one lucky old lady who is getting older by the minute. And with that comment, I will close this post... Chow!
