Gotchya!

Ha! Now here is a shock for you. Considering I have had another birthday since my last post I thought it was time to surprise you all with a comment or two. It has been an interesting year, full of ups and downs, none of which I will bother you with. But I will say, it continues to warm the cockles of this old woman's heart to reflect upon the accomplishments of four great kids (and their spouses), and 17 darling grandchildren. I am grateful for phone calls, cards, notes, emails, trips to visit, be able to watch how our children are raising their children. I am grateful for opportunities still afforded this old lady. For the opportunity to enjoy the talents of others as well as the opportunity to still perform myself. I am grateful for sunshine. The kind that is in the sky and the kind that is produced in my heart from the love and good deeds of those around me.
